Terms and ConditionsWelcome to Stomulet. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following policies:
1. Product Authenticity Guarantee
All Tektite, Meteorite, and Leklai specimens offered by Stomulet are 100% genuine and guaranteed authentic as described.
Tektite/Meteorite: We guarantee the geological classification and origin of every piece.
Leklai (Sacred Iron): We guarantee the authenticity based on traditional Thai sourcing and practices.
If you ever have a concern about the authenticity of an item purchased from us, please contact us immediately.
2. Shipping & Handling
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped from Thailand within 3–5 business days.
International Transit: We ship via reliable international carriers. Estimated delivery time to the USA is typically 14–25 business days (transit times may vary).
Customs & Duties: Buyers are fully responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country upon arrival.
3. Returns & Refunds
Condition for Return: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item received is significantly different from the description or if it is determined to be not authentic (subject to our verification).
Non-Returnable: Due to the nature of Tektite and Leklai as unique specimens, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., changing your mind about the size, shape, or metaphysical energy).
Refund Process: Upon safe return and inspection of the item, a full refund for the item price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Natural Specimens Disclaimer
Tektite and Leklai are natural products. Minor chips, fissures, grooves, or surface marks are characteristics of their natural formation and discovery and are not considered defects. Please inspect all photos closely before purchase.
